Foundation Kia and Gavin for the win! After a frustrating experience with another dealership that rescheduled our service appointment twice within an hour of the scheduled time, we decided to take our Kia Telluride somewhere else. What a difference! From my very first call, Gavin took ownership of the entire process and made what had become an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. Our car had an intermittent electrical issue and eventually wouldn’t start, so Gavin provided an option to have it towed to the dealership. He identified the problem, documented his findings, followed up with a phone call, and texted us the report so we could review it ourselves. He kept us informed throughout the process, had the car repaired within 36 hours, and arranged an Uber for pickup. And yes, the Uber actually arrived as planned! We’ve now driven the car for three days without any issues, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. What stood out most was Gavin’s ownership, communication, and follow-through. He made sure we understood what was happening, kept us informed, and followed through on what he said he would do. That level of service makes all the difference, especially when you’re dealing with a stressful car problem and trying to manage a busy family schedule. Good evening, We would like to let everyone know about the great staff at Foundation Kia of Wheat Ridge. If you have any automotive issues or needs, this should be your first choice! We bought our Kia at a different Kia dealership in Littleton and had NOTHING but issues with them on every visit. With all of the issues, we decided to go to Foundation Kia of Wheat Ridge....one of the best decisions we have made. Every visit has been absolutely perfect from the time we pull in to the Service Drive, throughout the entire service, to the point we drive out upon completion of the service appointment. Today, my Service Advisor Gavin, once again hit it out of the park from start to finish. There are a few existing service items that need to be completed but we need some extra time and we came up a plan together. My experience with this dealership was phenomenal. I knew I wanted a Kia Sportage so I shopped around a few locations before settling with this location because of my interaction with John. He was quick, helpful, and most importantly fair and transparent. I didn't feel like I was being upsold something. He was honest and held his word on a deal we made for the incoming 2027 Sportage. I genuinely felt like I got the best price possible of all the Kia locations I visited. The process was smooth and quick, and I am very happy with my new lease. I don’t usually leave reviews, but John Lee definitely earned one. I recently got a used truck from Foundation Kia, Buying a vehicle is something I dread, but he made the whole process easy and straightforward. He was upfront, never made me feel pressured, and actually took the time to answer my questions instead of trying to rush me into a decision. I ended up with a great used truck that I’m really happy with, and John worked hard to make the numbers make sense for me. You can tell he cares more about taking care of people than just making another sale.
