I recently got a used truck from Foundation Kia, Buying a vehicle is something I dread, but he made the whole process easy and straightforward. He was upfront, never made me feel pressured, and actually took the time to answer my questions instead of trying to rush me into a decision. I ended up with a great used truck that I’m really happy with, and John worked hard to make the numbers make sense for me. My experience with this dealership was phenomenal. I knew I wanted a Kia Sportage so I shopped around a few locations before settling with this location because of my interaction with John. He was quick, helpful, and most importantly fair and transparent. I didn't feel like I was being upsold something. He was honest and held his word on a deal we made for the incoming 2027 Sportage. Good evening, We would like to let everyone know about the great staff at Foundation Kia of Wheat Ridge. If you have any automotive issues or needs, this should be your first choice! We bought our Kia at a different Kia dealership in Littleton and had NOTHING but issues with them on every visit. With all of the issues, we decided to go to Foundation Kia of Wheat Ridge....one of the best decisions we have made. Every visit has been absolutely perfect from the time we pull in to the Service Drive, throughout the entire service, to the point we drive out upon completion of the service appointment. Today, my Service Advisor Gavin, once again hit it out of the park from start to finish. There are a few existing service items that need to be completed but we need some extra time and we came up a plan together. At no time was I pressured or made to feel awkward, Gavin was absolutely awesome and having staff members like Gavin are the reason we will continue to use Foundation Kia for any of our concerns. We did our initial dealing over the phone with John as we live out of state. He gave us the best deal over the phone. He was out of town when we were able to make it to the car dealership and that’s when we worked with Carlos. He was amazing!
